Customs:

For shipments to customers within the European Union (EU) and the United States (USA), there are no customs duties applied. Customers can expect their orders to be delivered without any additional customs fees or charges.

Please note that this policy applies specifically to shipments destined for EU and USA addresses. For shipments to other countries outside the EU and USA, customers should be aware that customs duties and fees may be applied depending on the regulations of the destination country.

We are available to provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth delivery process for your orders.

Processing

The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.

Order cut-off time is 3pm Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00).

Shipping Cost

Express Shipping via DHL is 19.99 US dollars to the United States, unless the order value is 120 US Dollars or more, then shipping is free.

Express Shipping Via DHL is estimated to arrive in 2-5 Days (Mon-Sun) for those in the USA.

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Shipment times are not guaranteed and are approximate times provided by the carrier.

Please note:

  1.  Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday. Please contact us prior to making an order to find holiday cut-off times.
  2. What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery?If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 100% of your payment to you.
  3. Please take attention that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted for Express Shipping.
  4. Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
  5. In the event of a return, shipping cost will be refunded along with what you paid for the product.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into THENUMBER1SHOP.com "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.

It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information is not available please try again later.
