Returns
Our return policy covers a span of 30 days from the date of product delivery. If 30 days have elapsed since you received your product(s), we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or an exchange.
For your item to be eligible for a return, it must remain in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will furnish you with a return shipping label, along with comprehensive instructions detailing how and where to dispatch your package. Kindly note that we will not accept items sent back to us without prior return request.

Exchange: We facilitate exchanges only for defective or damaged products. Should you need to exchange a product for an identical one, please contact us at support@thenumber1shop.com. We will oversee the exchange process at no additional cost.
Wrong Product: If you receive a flawed order, please get in touch with us at support@thenumber1shop.com, attaching images of the incorrect product.
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend immediate contact. We cannot guarantee that cancellations will always be possible. If it is not possible to cancel your order do not accept delivery, the item will be delivered back to us and you will receive a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items: None, All Items sold by us can be returned and refunded.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
